The Components
Here’s what each CMS Plus component does at a glance, with links to the full docs when you’re ready to dive deeper.
Clear+
For projects with multiple active filters, Clear+ lets visitors reset all selected filters at once so they can quickly start fresh without hunting through individual controls — full component details.
Collection+
Collection+ is the core of CMS Plus. It listens to active filters, searches, and sorting and updates your list in real time, so your content always matches user intent. It also works seamlessly with Framer's native Pagination, Limit, and Start Offset — full component details.
Count+
Count+ displays how many items match the current filters and search, updating automatically as users change criteria. It can total results across multiple Collection+ lists or report on specific active Filters+ applied to selected lists — full component details.
Filters+
Filters+ gives you a dedicated filter type for each of Framer's CMS field types. Drop them into your own button toggles, connect variants, and map them to your collections. They automatically sync active/inactive variants, apply as users browse, and use a hybrid "match all/any" approach without adding complexity — explore all filter types.
Search+
Search+ applies filters instantly as users type, updating CMS content in real time for faster discovery and more intuitive search experiences — full component details.
Sort+
Sort+ lets users toggle sort direction (ascending or descending) directly on the page, so they can quickly reorder results — full component details.
How These Components Work Together
Think of Collection+ as the hub that manages your list. Give it a unique ID, then use that same ID on other CMS Plus components to link them to the same Collection+ list.
Filters+, Search+, Sort+, Clear+, and Count+ all talk to the Collection+ instance with that ID, so you can mix and match controls while keeping everything in sync.
